Join us every Monday at 10 AM for a nourishing women’s circle that blends gentle energy-clearing movement, breathwork, voice release, and ceremonial cacao. We set intentions, connect with our hearts, and create space for sharing and belonging. We close with grounding and gentle cleansing rituals, leaving you lighter, clearer, and more connected.
