An over night stay close to home at Kileen castle lodges, designed to guide you through practices that align with the energy of Spring—bringing renewal, balance, and expansion to your body mind and spirit. Together, we will explore: Yin and yang yoga to harmonize the Liver & Gallbladder nadis/meridians. Connecting with the Fire/Wood elements for transformation. The power of the colour yellow in energy work & manifestation. Activating the Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra for confidence & clarity. We will explore corresponding Mantras & Mudras to deepen the spiritual practice. Lets Step into the light of the Spring Equinox with intention. 4 rooms /8 beds in a private lodge in the heart of Meath countyside. I can add another house if there is demand.
