This magical 4-day summer camp is designed to nurture confidence, creativity, and calm through playful yoga, breathwork, art, and nature-based rituals. Led by a qualified children’s yoga & Family Yoga instructor since 2017, a certified Breathwork facilitator, and a devoted mother, your child will be held in a safe, loving space where they can explore, express, and shine. With years of experience guiding young hearts, I weave together yoga, mindfulness, and imaginative play in a way that feels joyful and grounding. Each day includes: • Gentle yoga & movement • Mandala-making & rock painting • Journaling & meditation • Mindful games & breathwork • Glow-in-the-dark mandala party on the final day!
