This heart-led workshop is designed to help girls connect to their inner light, build confidence, and express themselves freely through yoga, play, and art. Together we’ll explore: 💫 Yoga & partner yoga 🎲 Fun and uplifting yoga games 🎨 Mandala making and glow-in-the-dark artwork 🖍️ “What Lights You Up?” workshop circle – with questions and creative prompts to help each girl explore her joy, values, and voice 🌌 Glow-in-the-dark games and celebration Led by Deirdre of Spiritual Sprouts, this is a safe and nurturing space where girls can move their bodies, express themselves, and shine from the inside out.
